Cookie policy

This policy explains what cookies and similar technologies Quorade, a Lumendra Labs, S.L. product, uses and how you can manage them.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow us to remember preferences, keep your session active and measure how the service is used.

2. Types of cookies we use

Strictly necessary cookies for authentication and security (user session, CSRF protection), functional cookies to remember your language and UI preferences, and anonymous analytics cookies to understand aggregate use of the service.

3. Third-party cookies

We use Supabase for authentication and storage, and AI providers (Google, OpenAI) only to process the transcriptions you submit. We do not share advertising identifiers with third parties or track you across sites.

4. How to manage them

You can accept or reject non-essential cookies from the consent banner. You can also configure your browser to block or delete them. Disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent the service from working.

5. Retention

Session cookies expire when you close the browser. Persistent cookies are kept for up to 12 months, unless you delete them earlier.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. The current version with its update date will always be published on this page.
