What is Quorade?
Quorade is a Lumendra Labs product that turns meetings, audio and notes into professional minutes using AI. It also includes NeighborOS: 7 modules to manage everything that happens between meetings.
What kind of minutes can it generate?
Homeowner associations, property boards, club and co-op assemblies, PTA meetings, boards of directors and company meetings. Each template applies the right legal format.
How is my data handled?
Your meetings are processed encrypted in transit and at rest. Only you and your community members can access your data. We're GDPR compliant and never use your minutes to train models.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Quorade runs in your browser on any device. Your account and communities sync automatically.
Can I invite other members?
Yes. You can invite neighbours, administrators and secretaries with different roles: read-only, member or admin.
What audio formats are supported?
MP3, M4A, WAV and most common formats. Up to 4 hours per file on the Pro plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are monthly with no lock-in. You can export all your minutes at any time.
