Terms of service

These terms govern the use of Quorade, a service by Lumendra Labs, S.L., Spanish Tax ID B88772140, registered office in Rota, Cádiz, Spain, registered at the Spanish Commercial Registry (Protocol 2026/2435, Entry 2026/3442, Sheet CA-69390, 20 May 2026). By creating an account you accept these terms.

1. Service

Quorade generates professional AI minutes from audio or notes, and manages communities through NeighborOS.

2. Account

You must be of legal age. You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, upload content without participants' consent, or attempt to attack the platform.

4. Intellectual property

Content you upload is yours. Lumendra Labs retains rights to the platform, software and Quorade brand.

5. Pricing and payments

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel anytime; cancellation is effective at the end of the billed period.

6. Availability

We work to keep the service available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance may occur.

7. Liability

Lumendra Labs is not liable for indirect damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Madrid.
