At Lumendra Labs, S.L. ("Lumendra Labs") we take your privacy and personal data seriously. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it and what rights you have.

1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

Account data (name, email), content you upload (audio, notes, minutes), usage metadata (dates, devices) and billing data when you subscribe to a paid plan.

3. Purpose

Providing the service, generating AI minutes, billing, improving the platform and complying with our legal obligations.

4. Legal basis

Performance of the contract you accept on sign-up, your consent where applicable, and our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.

5. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you close your account we delete it within 30 days, except for legal obligations (e.g. billing: 6 years).

6. Processors

We use cloud and AI service providers. All are bound by GDPR contracts and process data following our instructions.

7. Your rights

You can access, rectify, erase, object, restrict and port your data by writing to privacy@lumendralabs.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
